Teen Sues Doctors for Administering Testosterone and Mastectomy
A Brave Woman’s Fight for Justice: Doctors’ Role in Irreversible Gender Transitions
A North Carolina woman is taking a stand against the medical community that convinced her to undergo a gender transition when she was just a child dealing with the trauma of sexual assault.
This groundbreaking lawsuit could finally hold accountable those who profit from the irreversible mutilation of young bodies.
Twenty years ago, the idea of doctors advising a girl to remove her breasts would have been unthinkable. But today, gender transitions for children have become trendy and even encouraged by influential voices in media, government, and entertainment.
Prisha Mosley, now 25, grew up in a society where this dangerous trend was normalized. At the age of 17, she was persuaded to take testosterone and undergo a double mastectomy, all under the guise of “gender-affirming care.” Now, she is facing the life-altering consequences of these decisions and is seeking justice against those who misled her.
A Cry for Help Ignored
Mosley’s lawsuit, filed in Gaston County, alleges that she was fast-tracked into gender-affirming care by profit-driven individuals when what she truly needed was therapy. At the age of 14, Mosley experienced sexual assault, which led to depression, anxiety, and an eating disorder. At 15, she discovered transgenderism online and made the decision to identify as male.
When she was 17, she met with a doctor who, in just 80 minutes, convinced her to begin hormone therapy against her parents’ wishes. Mosley, vulnerable and seeking guidance, didn’t question the doctor’s advice.
At 18, she underwent a double mastectomy, robbing her of the ability to breastfeed and altering her body before her brain had fully developed. Now, she is left dealing with body and facial hair, a deep voice, upper body pain, and the possibility of infertility.
YouTube CENSORS Detransitioner and removes her video from the platform.
YouTube has completely removed a video of Prisha Mosley discussing her tragic story at the hands of doctors in a sit-down interview with @IWF posted on the platform in December 2022.

Mosley is now taking legal action against plastic surgeon Eric Emerson, counselors Brie Klein-Fowler and Shana Gordon, and physician Martha Perry. The lawsuit accuses each party of fraud, civil conspiracy, medical malpractice, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
The lawsuit states, “They lied when they told Mosley she was actually a boy; they lied when they told her that injecting testosterone into her body would solve her numerous, profound mental and psychological health problems.”
Mosley’s goal is to prevent other confused children from being led down the same path by doctors. She wants accountability and justice for the preventable tragedy she experienced.
There is a sickness in our society, and the medical community is contributing to its spread. Perhaps, through lawsuits like Mosley’s, doctors will be reminded of their oath to do no harm.
