Your Life Is Your Fault And Your Responsibility

In today’s world, most Americans are coddled. They are told what their problems are and how they get on in life. “society’s fault.”

It isn’t — your life is your fault. Your actions and decisions are your responsibility. This is definitely not true “special message” This message is used in education, media, government and other areas. But it’s one that we all need reminding of from time-to-time. Perhaps that is the first time you’ve ever heard it. This column It is made especially for you.

Most people are told that they can create a better lifestyle for themselves, and that others cannot be held responsible. “good enough” As they are.  They are told that they shouldn’t strive to be more. The rest of the world needs to adapt. People believe that lie and continue to think like this. “You’re right. I don’t need to change. If I have any flaws, it’s [insert any external scapegoat’s] fault that I am the way I am.”

There are whole generations of people out there who prefer to remain stuck than become the person God created them to be. They instead of focusing on what should they do to have a better lifestyle, they are focusing on what is possible.

To paraphrase my colleague, Matt Walsh, “Just because you can do something, doesn’t mean that you should as an adult.”

Your entire body can be tattooed. You can consume thousands of calories per day and not have to do a sit-up. You can eat porn on your waterbed and be swept away into a world of sexual lust. You can also choose to date another person, even if your age is almost 50.

Go ahead, if you want to appear like a morbidly obese and sex-addict lizard who preys on younger women and girls while also being an obese lizard. You can’t blame others if you are treated with disdain and shunned by others.

These ideas won’t help you live a fulfilling life. These are terrible ideas that can also harm your soul.

As discussed in the Candace Owens podcast on MondayIt doesn’t matter if you make bad decisions. You can always change your mind and be a better person. That is your right. It is not permissible to claim that you were forced to make these choices by someone else and then blame them. Technically, you can, but it’s not respectful, dignified, nor mature behavior.

It is important to understand that bad things can happen without your control. There are many situations that can be very difficult and out of your control. You are responsible for how you handle these horrible situations.

You might have suffered from a bad upbringing. As an adult, you have control over the events that happen to you.

It is up to you how you react to your childhood. You can choose how you react to what God presents in the present, future, and past.

Now, if you actually have a wonderful life and you are proud of it — then your life is your “fault” You can do the same. Good decisions have helped you get to where your are today. There is always more to be done.

Jordan Peterson, Dr. Jordan Peterson, agrees. On Friday, Dr. Jordan Peterson released a four-part series called “Vision & Destiny” DailyWire+ is the only place to find it. The trailer is here:
